Another great highlight to day 1 was the gorgeous Zoe Jordan show. A show that I am absolutely gutted to miss. The simple designs that are the epitome of boyish elegance were a lovely contrast to the grey clouds over us today. With candyfloss pinks, crisp whites and metallic turquoises, it was a swift reminder of the sweet spring months that we hopefully have to look forward to. Clearly Zoe designs clothes to be worn and you could clearly imagine a young fashion lover donning these outfits in the Spring time. With front row seats going to famous faces like Jameela Jamil, it was clear this designer is definitely becoming a favourite.

Fyodor Golan is another show that I am sad to be missing. After landed frow seats last year (yeah, I have no idea how that happened either), I knew that it is an amazing show to watch. The former Fashion Fringer, Fyodor Golan is the perfect example of fashion as art as the designs seem to completely encapsulate the model. Every inch of detail is thought of. A stark contrast from last season's rich reds, greens and blacks, SS13 was full of bright and deep blues, fantastic whites, fire oranges and lipstick pinks. The blue shades apparently all inspired by the book The Blue Tattoo. The detailing was, as usual, a key statement to the designs with gorgeous beading and soft silk cuts. Definitely adding something to occasion wear that can not be re-created by any other designer duo.

A final designer that I just cannot fail to write about is the effortlessly elegant Corrie Nielson. I haven't seen the catwalk reports for this beauty yet but I'll be sure to update when I do. Definitely one not to miss. The small write up on Vogue has called it "sculptural and architectural" so already my ears have perked up!
Mia.
