Here's a post I wrote for my tumblr blog about 2 years ago. I wish I could fit in that bloody skirt now!

So, this is me wearing my new vintage leather pencil skirt. My gran recently went to Spain and as she knows of my love of all things vintage, she brought me back this gorgeous TINY size 2 (I know!) Leather skirt. I must admit, it takes a lot to get into it! But, it’s actually rather comfy when it’s on! 

I’ve teamed it with a casual T (partly because I had it on anyway) to give it that feminine edginess. This is just one example of all the great vintage finds out there. I live in Cardiff which is fastly becoming the best place to be for vintage steals! We have a number of small boutiques from Looby Loos to Hobos to Oxfam Boutique where you are sure to find at least one amazing item. We are also lucky to have the Blind Lemon Vintage Fair which comes every one in a while and the highly recommended Milgi’s Market which is on the last Sunday of Every month. Milgi’s Market was even voted number 5 in the Guardian’s best Vintage shops/boutiques. With Lily Allen waving the Vintage flag, it’s time for people to wake up and buy the bargain! After all, Vintage clothing and jewellery ooze style and fashion!
