Sex and London City!

So, I have spent my weekend in the amazing city of London for one of Fashion's most prestigious event- "London Fashion Week" and on Friday night, we kicked it off in style at the Sex and London City's Cocktail Party.
As I was in work on Friday, I had to leave early and rush to the bus with my two lovely ladies. The party started at 7pm and we didn't even get to our hotel until that time so it was one mad rush to get to the event! We literally transformed ourselves from sweaty travellers to red party girls in a matter of minutes!
I wore a gorgeous champagne coloured dress by http://inlovewithfashion.com/. It was an amazing dress and suited my red hair and pale skin to a t! I had nothing but compliments all night and I'm very grateful for them allowing me to wear such a beautiful gown!

We stayed in the gorgeous borough of Chelsea and saw the most amazing little local pubs and fairy lit houses. It has to be one of the most amazing places. Dainty white houses with a beautiful floral explosion outside. Porches and Ferrari's. Boutiques and Couture. We were in love.
As we pulled up to the infamous Amika Nightclub in Kensington, we saw the red carpet and the gorgeous Nixalina greeting her guests and my heart skipped a massive fashionable beat. It was all like a dream. We walked towards the door and were greeted with hugs and kisses and of course, the photographers! Posing with Nixalina and my lovely girls, I felt a million dollars, even if I didn't look it!
We were taken downstairs by one of the girls who worked there and given a cocktail, which was the most delightful thing I have ever drank! Although its appearance remined me of a mojito, when it passed my rouged lips, it tasted like a tropical blast of pineapple and lemon!
We then spent the rest of the night dancing, mingling and debating as to whether Alex Reid looked different in "real life". I personally thought he looked very small!
We were entertained by three amazing singers and were given lovely goody bags which included some mascara and lauren Goodyer's tan- Lauren's Way.
It was so lovely to spend the night with the fashion girls and we ended it in true sleepover style! Food and late night TV!
Thanks Nixalina and Karena Sedgwick. It means a lot.
