Cardiff Blogging Event

Hello Lovelies,
I have been incredibly busy lately so sorry for the "long time no post" ;)
However, I do have a lovely little late night post for those of you who are still awake and in need of some bedtime reading.
Yesterday, I attended a Cardiff First! A blogger's night which was held at Saint David's 2. We were invited along to have a sneak preview of next years high street items as well as some lovely talks from shops such as La Senza and Reiss.

The night started off with a coffee and shop with some of Cardiff's newest and oldest fashion bloggers. We then headed over to Saint Davids 2 and were shown into a room FULL of high street clothes! I swear I was in every girl's dream! Among the rails of clothes were high street faves New Look, Mango and Monsoon.

We were then treated to a on trend "how to" hair show by Kamigata which was possibly one of my fave parts of the evening. As many of you know, I am a huge vintage enthusiast and love anything to do with retro 1940s and 50s. The very talented stylist at Kamigata created an ultra sleek finger curl fringe look on a very pretty young model, along with loose curls and slik roots. It looked absolutely gorgeous. She also told us about Aveda and how they use natural products in all of their items, which I never knew!

At the end of the night, we were even given a huge goody bag which was FULLED with everything from t-shirts to freebies and vouchers!

Overall, a very successful blogging night I'd say!

Oh, and of course there were Krispy Kremes involved ;)
