Oxfam Boutique's Birthday Bash!

As many people are recognising, Cardiff is fast becoming one of the UK's vintage treasures. With so many different vintage boutiques in the centre, many vintage virgins are waking up and taking notice!
In this difficult economy, more and more people are heading to charity shops to find some special and unique outfits and where best to look that charity shops! One well known charity shop has recently raised it's profile on the fashion scale as Cardiff's Oxfam Boutique showcases some amazing dresses created by some of the most prestigious designers. With big names like Chloe being stocked at the shop, it is starting to catch the eye of many of Cardiff's young fashionista. This week, I have been incredibly lucky to join Oxfam at it's birthday bash which saw an amazing range of vintage and retro clothing hitting the cobbled catwalk.
Set in the glorious Victorian arcades, Oxfam's guys and gals strutted their stuff for the awaiting audience. It was lovely to see such a range of spectators from clear fashionistas clutching their Mulberrys to some passers by who have been drawn in by the lights and cheers.
Personally, I had an amazing time and love that it was all for a good cause!
